Significant speculative development completes in Doncaster

NIMBUS Park – located in Thorne, Doncaster – has now completed, bringing more than 270,000 sq ft of much-needed quality industrial and distribution space to the South Yorkshire market.

The development boasts direct access to J6 of the M18 along with a readily-available local workforce.

Two units of 164,366 sq ft and 106,502 sq ft have been constructed and finished to a high standard, achieving a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’. Both units are now available on a leasehold basis and are suitable for manufacturing or logistics/ distribution uses.

Rachel Wood, managing director of Sladen Estates – the site’s developers – said: “We’re delighted to see these high-quality, well located buildings just off J6 of the M18, complete.

“The units provide high-quality warehousing space benefitting from higher than average eaves heights of 15m and 12m respectively. The office and ancillary spaces have been completed to a Grade A standard with feature lighting and high-quality finishes throughout.

“Nimbus Park would suit both local and national businesses looking to expand or relocate to the Doncaster area and represents an excellent addition to the region’s booming industrial and distribution market.”

A launch was held to showcase the units to 30 of the region’s leading industrial agents.

Bowmer + Kirkland completed the work, as the development’s main contractor. Commercial Property Partners (CPP) and Moriarty & Co are retained as agents for the buildings, which are available on a leasehold basis. For more information contact Matt Sladen of Sladen Estates: 01773 515 430.
