Renovation continues of Lewisham’s iconic Tower House

MHA continues reinstatement of landmark building to deliver innovative retail and creative workspace

MHA has today announced that renovation continues to restore the commercial units at Lewisham’s iconic Tower House. Once a thriving department store, the latest renovation of this prominent building will see the creation of flexible office space just a short walk from Lewisham Station.

The latest phase of the redevelopment of Tower House, a connected, iconic and illustrious landmark, will comprise 22,000 sq.ft of innovative retail and creative workspace. Centred around the principles of space, volume and light, MHA will provide conveniently located workspace for those seeking inspiration, creativity and modernity under its new pioneering brand, My Office Club.

Due to open in October 2020, My Office Club responds to a clear and pressing need to deliver state-of-the-art serviced office space outside of Central London. Working locally has become a significant trend in the wake of the recent pandemic with businesses and individuals reassessing several factors, particularly time spent on the daily commute. My Office Club Lewisham will not only bring a new element to MHA’s already multi-faceted portfolio but will also offer a flexible workspace, once again bringing Tower House back to its former glory at the epicentre of Lewisham’s commercial marketplace.

My Office Club Lewisham will be managed by NewFlex, a leading provider of branded office solutions which delivers and manages a range of branded workspace solutions for every type of building, in every type of location, for every type of occupier.

Hossein Abedinzadeh, Founder of MHA commented:

“We are extremely proud of this unique development which will provide creative workspace. We are building on the important legacy of the Tower House, enhancing its street presence whilst contributing to the overall vibrancy of Lewisham High Street.”
