Crest Nicholson unveils The Waterfront at Gloucester Quays

Award-winning developer Crest Nicholson has announced the launch of The Waterfront at Gloucester Quays, with homes now available to purchase. Located in a prime position on the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal, the £85m project will comprise of 362 one and two bedroom apartments along with 49 two and three bedroom houses upon completion.

A range of homes at The Waterfront will feature Crest Nicholson’s new Aurora Open Living design, with undivided living spaces enhancing the natural light and air flow throughout the home. The contemporary homes and apartments boast a pared-back interior style, with bespoke Stolz Kitchen designs, integrated appliances and Roca Gap sanitaryware.

Sought-after private parking and secure cycle storage are among the unique benefits of each property – a rare find in a such a busy central location. Externally, The Waterfront apartments will slot in seamless with the industrial heritage of the site, taking inspiration from the red brick warehouses lining the water’s edge.

Sandra Dixon, Sales and Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson South West said: “We are very excited to be back at Gloucester Quays launching The Waterfront, part of the ongoing redevelopment at Gloucester Quays. Made for modern lifestyles, The Waterfront is set to be very popular among young professionals in the area with its ideal location, and a wide range of restaurants, shops and other amenities right on the doorstep. We’re expecting to see high levels of interest with our first residents expected to be moving in from October.”

The Waterfront is located in the heart of Gloucester, with commuter links including trains to London Paddington in under two hours while nearby Swindon, Cheltenham, Bristol and Cardiff are easily accessed by car or train.

Gloucester Quays is a bright, trendy area of the city with something for everyone. It has a vibrant retail outlet with Ted Baker, White Stuff and Marks & Spencer all a short stroll from The Waterfront along with an on-trend selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. Meanwhile Gloucester Brewery, Gloucestershire College, public gardens and museums are also on the doorstep.

Crest Nicholson is well-established as a successful developer of waterfront homes, having taken a lead role in creating developments such as Bristol Harbourside, Portishead Marina, Bath Riverside and Campbell Wharf.

Following a series of successful pre-launch Open Days, the brand-new Sales and Marketing Hub, along with two show apartments are now open on site. For more information call 01452 646051 or visit www.crestnicholson.com/developments/the-waterfront-at-gloucester-quays.
