New IXG IP Entry System launching Spring of 2020

The first Phase of the new IP apartment intercom system from Aiphone consists of Entrance Door Station, Indoor Tenant Monitor, Smartphone Adaptor and Lift Controller Adaptor. The system is a pure IP based solution which can be connected directly onto a network infrastructure without the need for additional system components such as servers and dedicated distributors. Installation time and cost is further minimised by the availability of entrance and monitor stations which feature fully PoE for quick and easy wiring.

The system supports up to 9,999 units deployed across 99 interconnected buildings. Regardless of the size of the initial project, with no server required and no licence fees, it could not be simpler to add additional stations when new accommodation units or towers are added.

For mixed purpose buildings and campuses requiring a higher level of security, the IP apartment intercom system can be integrated with Aiphone’s full IP perimeter and call forwarding system to provide emergency broadcasts and site control. Similarly expand the development with 3rd party systems including IP camera, secure access control, 24/7 VMS recording systems using compatible CISCO, ONVIF, LENEL, milestone, Avigilon, Exacq etc.

Indoor Tenant Monitor

The 7 inch LCD touchscreen monitor will display which door has called in: “Entrance 1”, “Entrance 2”, etc. and has a Pan, Tilt and Zoom features to enhance visibility of the visitors. Up to 8 monitors can be installed per apartment and they can voice intercom between each other. The monitor can also record audio and video onto a micro SD card installed by the user. A flush mounting kit is also available for the stylish modern apartments.

Video Door station

Weather resistant 7 inch LCD touchscreen door station is IP67 and IK07 impact rated, even with its glass touchscreen construction. It has a digital keypad for dialling apartments and for simple access control also has a directory view which can be used for direct dialling. Door station can be set to default to either keypad or list view. The Welcome screen image is customisable, an image of the building owners choosing can be installed making every single door unique and symbolic.

To accommodate every need, Aiphone UK are able to create custom-made versions of the door station in order to incorporate Prox Cut-Out, Induction Loop, Trade Button etc. The door station can also record all calls continuously onto a micro SD card installed by the owner. Also features a 2-way video communication between *Guard Station and Video Door Station creating easy communication and security.

*Guard station will be launching in our Phase 2, Summer 2020

Smartphone Adaptor

A smartphone adaptor is available and only one is required per system, answer calls, release doors and check recordings, remote access and control your security from anywhere in the world via an Android iOS devices is as practical as it sounds. It will allow each apartment to receive calls on up to 8 smartphones or tablets.

Lift Control Adaptor

The gateway adaptor for lift control has 20 contact outputs which allows from simple 2 level lifts to multi-level lifts within the apartment block to be called. When the lock release button on the apartment monitor is pressed, the lift car will move to the ground level and bring the visitor to the floor where the apartment is.
