Sales at housing developments in Bicester show strength of the market

Sales at housing developments in Bicester show strength of the market

Sales have been soaring at two new Bellway housing developments in Bicester, where over 85 per cent of the homes have now been reserved.

The popularity of the new homes at Bellway’s Saxon Meadows and Victoria Fields developments, which are located on neighbouring sites within the Kingsmere neighbourhood off Ludlow Road, show there’s continued demand for high-quality housing in the local area.

The five-star builder is now selling the final few plots at Saxon Meadows, a development of 136 two, three, four and five-bedroom homes. The last homes remaining for sale include a choice of four and five-bedroom houses.

The 38 two, three and four-bedroom homes at Victoria Fields have also been proving popular since the development’s launch last year.

Sales Manager for Bellway Northern Home Counties, Andrew Odams, said: “The rate at which homes have been selling across these two developments in Bicester shows just how strong the local property market is and how much demand there is for new homes in this desirable location.

“There’s a home for everyone at Saxon Meadows and Victoria Fields, and given the popularity of the sites, I would encourage those looking for a new home in the area to act quickly to avoid missing out.

“One-to-one appointments can now be booked with our Victoria Fields sales advisor, and we would encourage those looking to buy one of the last remaining homes at Saxon Meadows to get in touch through our website.”

The housebuilder has a five-star rating with the Home Builders Federation, based on the results of the HBF’s National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey, in which more than nine out of ten Bellway customers said they would recommend the housebuilder to a friend.
