VINCI Construction UK has secured a £27m design and construct project for Staffordshire University for the new Catalyst Building which will enhance the student experience and become a flagship centre for apprentices and digital skills.
The state-of-the-art facility will support students to study flexible degrees that meets their needs, those of employers and help students secure highly-skilled jobs.
The Catalyst building includes an Apprenticeships & Digital skills hub, a new library, social learning spaces, restaurant and café areas.

Mace are the overall Project Managers and project Quantity Surveyors with Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios (FCBS), appointed as Architects. Momentum has been appointed as Structural Engineers and completion is set for June 2021.
