Construction work is all but complete at a new housing development which has now sold out in Holystone.
With all of the homes at Bellway North East’s Holystone Park development now reserved, the finishing touches are being made to the final properties at the site, which lies six miles to the north-east of Newcastle city centre.
Bellway North East is delivering 167 two, three and four-bedroom homes at Holystone Park, which is part of a wider scheme of 460 properties spanning 50 acres. The development also has pedestrian links to the nearby Rising Sun Country Park.
Head of Sales for Bellway North East, Chris Lawson, said:
“We are pleased that the properties we have constructed at Holystone Park have proved so popular that the final homes here have now been reserved.
“Because of the wide range of homes that we have offered at Holystone, we have attracted an equally wide range of buyers, with terraced, semi-detached and detached homes all being provided to meet the needs of local people.
“It’s great to see a new community taking shape in this new neighbourhood as the final residents look forward to moving in.”
Although all of the properties at Holystone Park have now been reserved, house-hunters can still find the home of their dreams as Bellway is building new homes across the North East with developments in Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, and County Durham.
